David Aguayo
David Aguayo believes policy is personal and powerful when it connects people, place, and purpose. As an experienced strategist in government affairs, public policy, and advocacy, he builds bridges between business, government, and community to move ideas into action.
His work spans shaping housing, energy, infrastructure, and tech policy, as well as convening coalitions across the private and public sectors. He has advised elected officials, led campaigns, and developed award-winning engagement efforts that center community voice and long-term impact.
Bilingual. Bicultural. Business-minded. His approach is grounded in curiosity, conviction, and a commitment to delivering results that matter.
Jacqueline Broadnax
Jacqueline M. Broadnax is a prosecutor in the Virginia Beach area. Previously she prosecuted in Atlanta for four years. She has experience in a wide variety of cases from DUI to Murder. Jacqueline is originally from Milwaukee, WI. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in African-American Literature and Legal Studies and also received a certificate in Women’s Studies. Jacqueline has participated in a variety of organizations and community service projects.
Joshua Hargrove
Hargrove graduated with a Juris Doctorate from The University of Wisconsin and holds a dual degree in political science and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Most recently, he served as Assistant District Attorney in Madison, Wisconsin. Before that, Hargrove served as Assistant State Public Defender in Northern Wisconsin, representing the most maligned populations in Pierce, St. Croix, Dunn, and Polk Counties. There, he created a niche for the critical use of High Court opinions coupled with extensive knowledge of Wisconsin Law to effectively litigate cases.
As an Assistant District Attorney in Dane County, Hargrove trained colleagues, effectively represented victims, and advocated for an evidence-based prosecution method. He began his career at Boardman & Clark, LLP, where he gained unparalleled experience in the legal field, published articles, and assisted in litigation to the United States Supreme Court.
Paige Skenandore
Paige Skenandore is a member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin. She teaches beadwork and porcupine quillwork classes throughout Wisconsin. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Community and Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After college, Skenandore founded a small business, Moody NDN. She created her website to promote upcoming workshops, classes, markets, custom orders, and showcasing items for sale. Skenandore can be described as a Haudenosaunee woman that focuses on creating contemporary pieces while also incorporating traditional designs.
